• CLASSIC-3955: The e-mail indicating a document has not been approved now includes the document's title as well as its ID.
• CLASSIC-4295: If non-English text is not available in Training Manager, English text is displayed as a fallback rather than an error message.

• CLASSIC-2402: Fixed an issue when reporting on Supplier Manager Actions in the BI Dashboard using Visual Analysis. The Actions returned sometimes did not match up to the Supplier shown in the report.
• CLASSIC-4229: Prevented users who are neither System Administrators nor BI Dashboard Administrators from deleting panels from the "Add Panels" gallery list.
• CLASSIC-4262: Fixed a bug in Visual Analysis in the BI Dashboard where selecting a table but selecting no fields in it caused an error to be displayed.
• CLASSIC-4287: The popup date picker was not working when creating a To Do List Reminder.
• CLASSIC-4283: Users who were not System Administrators or BI Dashboard Administrators could not always access the BI Dashboard.
• CLASSIC-4267: Fixed a cross-site scripting security vulnerability when adding a favourite document in Navigator.
• CLASSIC-3290: Updated Equipment Manager audit trailing for the Equipment Item Service and Calibration screens to bring the fields up to date with recent changes to the module.
• CLASSIC-2031: Fixed issue with missing menu items in EQMS when multi-language translations were not present.
• CLASSIC-4309: Fixed issue with daily job that processes Equipment Manager e-mails failing if certain data within the Equipment record was missing.
