Document module access is needed.

The document module can hold any document, however some formats can also be converted to PDF. This means end users will not need specialised software to read the documents and any web browser will be able to display the document content.

This article outlines how to enable PDF conversion.

1. How to Enable PDF Conversion

1. Open the Document Manager.
2. Select the Tools tab and then click on Module Parameters.
3. Check the box for Document Field Replacement and PDF Conversion.

Note: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and dwg documents can all be converted into pdf documents.
