1. Features

• CLASSIC-3954: Added Section N/A Flag to Inspection Manager API.

• CLASSIC-3936: Report 1202 contains the new "freeTextField" and is also included in any exports. The "Get Ins Questions Actions" endpoint also includes said field.

• CLASSIC-3935: When selecting Locations in the various search areas across the module the Locations window opens up but the list of Locations is not displayed until the User selects the magnifying glass search icon. This now enables the User to input text prior to running the search thus saving time when the search is run.

• CLASSIC-3933: The My Inspections list of Inspections no longer includes any Inspections that have been previously assigned to other Users.

• CLASSIC-3928: Weighting Percentage no Longer Dsiplayed on the Inspection Search Screens

• CLASSIC-3877: API - System Manager - Get All Users - The new GetUsers endpoint returns a full compliment of users, in addition to this the endpoint can be filtered.
• CLASSIC-3869: GDPR - Removal of documents - Phase 1 - New features to allow delete from archive to occur without physical deletion being set on, batch deletions of archived documents so don't have to click the red cross on every file, a deleted documents report - captures details of the document and who deleted it and when.
• CLASSIC-3857: API - Supplier Manager - New endpoints to return supplier details. Full documentation available.

2. Fixes

• CLASSIC-3953: An INSUSR User who is a member of a Location associated group and also a member of an inspection Type permissions group will be included in an Inspection 'Assigned To' look-up list and available for selection as required. Any INSUSR User who may feature in either but not both of the Location and Inspection Type permission groups will not be listed in an Inspection 'assigned To' look-up list.

• CLASSIC-3947: When accessing the logged on User 'To Do' list in each of the available modules and specifically the Training Manager messages. The related Training Record Details screen is now being displayed as expected.

• CLASSIC-3937: Inspection Location Tags Are Now Included in the 1202 & 1203 reports and the Inspection Manager\Get Inspection Question Actions, Inspection Manager\Get Inspections APIs

• CLASSIC-3934: When a non-Inspection Manager user (i.e. not a member of the INSADM, INSMGR and INSUSR permission groups) has been assigned an Inspection Question Action the User concerned can now select the Inspection link within his/her To Do list Details of Action and view the related Inspection Details in a non-maintainable format. The previously reported error message is no longer displayed.

• CLASSIC-3930: The running man (assign) icon is now only displayed in the My Inspections list when an Inspection has reached it's start date and not before.

• CLASSIC-3929: The columns headed 'Inspection Has Been Released' and 'Is N/A' are now displaying entries either showing True or False as they should.

• CLASSIC-3905: When Equipment Item Calibrations and Service Checks are completed, the date selected and saves made the changes are saved immediately and without any delays.
