1. Features
-
CLASSIC-4059: The Inspection Manager module can be accessed and transactions carried out using the mobile emulator in the normal way. There are some screens that require a horizontal scroll to view areas of a screen not on view but otherwise most of the functionality and options can be carried out.
-
CLASSIC-4045: In Issue Manager when previously associated/used metadata types are removed/deleted from an Issue Type details of the changes are logged in the affected Issue History. The details now include more information than previously.
-
CLASSIC-4015: EQMS Risk Manager APIs are now available. Full documentation can be provided on request.
2. Fixes
- CLASSIC-4084: Users, using each of the four browsers, can now freely adjust the width of the Navigator tree structure area by dragging the frame towards the right of the screen.
- CLASSIC-4080: A Risk Suggestion containing a lot of data in a text format (the previously reported risk suggestion content causing the issue to arise was used for testing purposes) can now be converted into a Risk Record without a Server Error 404 being displayed.
- CLASSIC-4078: In the Equipment Manager module Suppliers area if a User attempts to create a new Supplier using an existing Supplier name the system now displays the message 'Name must be unique' and will not save the data.
- CLASSIC-4071: The Navigator search functionality is now working as expected when using the DCT filter on it's own
- CLASSIC-4056: When populating Equipment Item date type metadata types fields with inappropriate data i.e. not a date, the system now displays a message 'Please enter a date' and no save can be made. Also, the manual input and selection of a date and also by using the date picker can both be saved without any issues arising.
- CLASSIC-3961: In Equipment Manager overdue Calibration and Service Check e-mail reminders now include the name of the site who sent the message and a URL link enabling a User to link to it.
- CLASSIC-3207: (JT 32722) When Issues are created where Text Field and Text Multiline metadata fields are associated the text font and size displayed in the saved completed metadata fields are identical to the other text fields in the Issue Details.
- CLASSIC-2394: (JT 29652) In the Training Manager module Courses area where documents, metadata types and quizzes are added/associated to/with a Course under their own tabs a History (audit trail) option has now been added enabling a User/s to view the history of changes made. The History of the individual tabs is now also detailed in the Course History of changes list.
- CLASSIC-2174: (JT 29033) When a Bulk Training Record is created and confirmed the Course link can be selected and it works as expected displaying the Course Details.
- CLASSIC-495: In the Training Manager module when a Training Record is created with a re-training requirement and subsequently the re-training requirement is disabled in the Course used/the training completed/confirmed in the record no re-training e-mail message is now being sent.
