• CLASSIC-4004: Additional Users can now be added to the CAS Site using the User Sync process. Thereafter the Users (up to 50 at once) can then be associated with the appropriate Company

• CLASSIC-3993: In Issue Manager and an Issue Details screen the new Notifications Group tab added in Classic-3992 has now had functionality added enabling an authorised User to add and remove Notification Groups as and when required. This has also been coupled with the option to save and resent group notifications at the same time if this is required. Statements have also been added to the Notification Groups screen to advise the User if the e-mails have been switched off on the Issue Type used to create the Issue and if there are in fact no Notification Groups that have been added.

• CLASSIC-3992: In the Issue Manager module previously sent e-mail notifications can now be resent to associated Notification Group members by using the newly developed Notification Groups option accessible via a tab on an Issue Details top menu bar. The new option lists the currently associated Notification Groups and when selected a list of the selected Group members can be viewed. Also, if at a later stage the e-mail notifications option is turned off (in the related Issue Type) then the new option to resend Notification E-mails is removed.

2. Fixes

• CLASSIC-4109: When creating a Control in a Risk and viewing the Add Control/Control Details window the Target Period field is now showing a unit 'days' to the right of the field.
• CLASSIC-4105: If an Issue Manager Issue has an associated workflow with an action whose ID is 32,768 or above and has an associated document, the Issue Details report no longer fails with a server error when it is generated.
• CLASSIC-4098: In the Risk Manager module within a Risk Workflow screen where Current workflow actions and Previous workflow actions are being displayed the action number formats are now the same.
• CLASSIC-4096: The above identified modules/areas where previously uploaded document attempts with document titles containing non-standard characters failed to upload are all now. working as expected i.e. Documents with all types of characters in the title can now be successfully uploaded.
• CLASSIC-4095: Warning messages in red are now being displayed across the various transactions in the Equipment Manager module where duplicated records are being created and attempted saves are being made.
• CLASSIC-4093: A User can now successfully access the EQMS Kiosk software on the EQMSSORC ssystem and the previously reported server error 500 page is no longer appearing.
• CLASSIC-4086: Robots.txt file updated for more areas across EQMS so that sites are not being indexed by Google which was leading to password reset issues.
• CLASSIC-4083: When attempting to filter by User in the Training Manager module Report 1099 (Training Matrix) the User list being displayed in the Filter Window now shows all of the required data including the check boxes for selection.
• CLASSIC-4044: Within the Document Manager module and specifically in the Document Control Types area a new setting 'Open url's in new ta has been added to the DCT data. This box can be checked (set to on) enabling url type documents to be viewed in a separate tab when a document of this Type is created/uploaded. Where the box remains unchecked (the default setting) and url type documents are created/uploaded then they can be viewed from within the EQMS viewing pane as normal. Note: A growing number of url Site owners no longer allow their sites to be viewed from within a frame (viewing pane) and for these types of sites the 'Open url's in new ta setting needs to be set to on enabling the documents/sites involved to be viewed in a separate tab when they are selected in the Navigator tree structure.
• CLASSIC-3371: (JT33484) The User transfer of functionality process accessed via the System Manager is now working as expected post the Development work carried out to improve transaction timescales
• CLASSIC-2390: When a Metadata Type of the multiline variety with adjusted Minimum Length and Maximum Length field sizes is created/saved in the Document Manager module the changes are now saved as expected.
• CLASSIC-1976: Training Courses containing ampersands (&) in the title can now be associated with Roles in the Training Manager module.
• CLASSIC-1200: (JT24946) Setting ampersands in Action Type's text box no longer causes an error when trying to view the action’s details via Workflow.
