EQMS 6.7.116 is a maintenance release made up of bug fixes and minor feature changes. 

This update also includes all of the fixes applied in recent updates and so you can directly upgrade to EQMS 6.7.116.

1. Feature Changes

EQMS 6.7.116 includes the following feature changes:

1. CLASSIC-4146: Progress Field added to tohe API to Get Issue Details.

2. CLASSIC-4097: Added Setting to Pass Open ID Auth Code Details via Authorisation Header.

3. CLASSIC-4000: API Now Available to Match Training Matrix Report 1099

4. CLASSIC-2507: A new Include Inactive checkbox/setting has now been included in the Workflow Action Type and Change Path screens. The Initial default setting for the screens has been set to off (include inactive items not listed) and thereafter the selected setting becomes the future default setting when the screens are accessed.

5. CLASSIC-1885: (JT27934) When logged on as an ISSUSR or an ISSMGR and raising a New Issue that has an associated workflow the details of the associated workflow can now be viewed by selecting the link. The previously reported 'Permission Denied' message is no longer being displayed.

6. CLASSIC-1821: Equipment Manager module Local and Area Inspectors now have access to the Asset Register and Schedule screens.

2. Software Improvements

EQMS 6.7.116 includes the following improvements:

1. CLASSIC-4135: Blank Reminders Were Causing To Do Lists to Fail
2. CLASSIC-4132: In the Issue Manager module within an Issue Associated Items tab if a User pastes text into the ID search field and attempts to conduct a search then the field reverted to a blank status with no search having been carried out
3. CLASSIC-4130: When Issue Manager Workflows are kicked off manually by the User and via the system Auto Start Workflow process the Action Type e-mail messages are sent out by the system correctly now with all fields displayed
4. CLASSIC-4129: When updating an Issue Manager action from a User To Do list and an incorrect password is input the Password Confirmation window now clearly displays the full content
5. CLASSIC-4125: When a Risk Manager Risk Type is created/saved the previously displayed phrase ID 1490 is no longer being displayed under the 'Metadata Without a Section' area and the actual phrase 'There are no associated metadata types that match your search criteria' is now being shown.
6. CLASSIC-4124: On the Associated Items tab of an Issue within Issue Manager, the prompt along the bottom advising there are other associated items which the User is unable to see due to permissions. When progressing to the next page now the same number of additional Associated Items are being reported.
7. CLASSIC-4121: When an Audit is associated with a Risk the correct Audit Status is now being carried over and displayed in Equipment Manager
8. CLASSIC-4119: Penetration test updates. New uploadable file types of the exe or .exe variety can no longer be created in the System Manager module. When attempts are made to upload new files or documents of the exe or .exe type the system will not allow this to happen and refers the User to the System Administrator for assistance.
9. CLASSIC-4115: In the Training Manager module when a Training Record Training Date is changed the User is asked to input a Reason for the change. Now, if a Comment is required during the Reason save process the system will ask for one and if it is not required it won't.
10. CLASSIC-4108: In the Document Manager module when Issuing Documents and when Providing feedback where Hungarian Text is being used the previously reported issue where capitalisation of certain letters was taking place has now been fixed.
11. CLASSIC-4103: Recent Security Improvements Were Causing Issues on Non-HTTPS Sites. Changes have now been put in place to prevent these issues occurring during upgrades.
12. CLASSIC-4102: In Issue Manager when an issue is cancelled and it has an associated workflow with Actions the workflow is now closed automatically during the cancellation process. Outstanding issued/awaiting issue Actions are also closed at the same time.
13. CLASSIC-4066: The previously reported additional horizontal scroll bar has now been removed from report 999 and the report data functionality is working as it should.
14. CLASSIC-3985: In Issue manager when Action Types are added to an Issue workflow the workflow actions are created by the Issue Owner.
15. CLASSIC-3916: When a Supplier Review is carried out and completed a journal entry showing the completion is logged immediately.
16. CLASSIC-3911: In the Supplier Manager module when a metadata type Date-Field has been associated with a Supplier Type/Product Type and subsequently associated with a Supplier/Product (via the Supplier Type/Product Type used) the field can now be populated/saved and the previously selected date removed/saved.
