Risk Assessments
After initial submission, Risk Assessments are made on the Assessments tab.
Select the Assessments tab to reveal a screen similar to below:
New Risk Assessment
To make a new assessment, select the Add New icon from the Assessments Header bar. The screen will expand, similar to below:
- Select an Assessment Type : Gross, Net or Target.
- Use the Additional Text field to provide some helpful information regarding the assessment to give it context.
- Select the Likelihood and Impact (and Detectability if enabled in the system)
- Select Save and a new Risk Level (and Risk Score where Detectabilities is enabled) will be calculated.
View Existing Risk Assessment
The Assessments tab keeps a full list of all Assessments made against the chosen Risk Record. Each Assessment is listed in order of Date Assessed.
Select an Assessment from the list to display more details information as below:
These details cannot be amended and are logged as part of the full Audit trail for this Risk Record. However, each subsequent Assessment of the same Type (Gross, Net or Target) will override the previous assessment. The score given in the latest Assessment will be the one that is displayed in the Risk Details screen and also the Risks List.
