iEQMS

• Added support for iEQMS Auditor to handle multi-language. Text within the app still needs to be translated into all the languages EQMS supports.

Central Admin

• Added external user column and filter to Report 122.

Training Manager

• Allowed more vertical space for the Trainees Cnd courses associated with roles on the Role Details screen.
• Improved the speed of Report 1098.

2. Fixes

General

• Fixed bug where automatic Document expiry operations were being logged in the Audit Trail against the first user to log into the system on the day of expiry.

Dashboard

• Fixed issue with exported data for widget 12 not matching the data in the widget.
• (Old Dashboard) Fixed missing data in widget 33.

Navigator

• Fixed issue with Documents not being removed from structure components when they auto-expire.
• Fixed issue with Documents viewed via the right-click menu in the Navigator not being added to the Recently Viewed Documents list.

Audit Manager

• Fixed issue with Audit Details reports not exporting to Word when the Questionnaire was too large.

Change Manager

• Fixed issue where guest users could be selected as an Approval Path Approver or Issuer.

Document Manager

• Fixed issue with Completed Dates of Referral Actions not including the date/time the Action was completed.
• Fixed bug where uploading a Document to an Action with extended characters in the filename was causing Document details to be changed in error.

Equipment Manager

• Fixed bug which prevented an Asset being destroyed if it had service check or calibration Documents associated with it.
• Fixed bug which allowed for creation of service checks and calibrations for destroyed Equipment items.

Issue Manager

• Fixed issue with the description added to the Issue's journal entry containing doubled up apostrophes when creating a Referral action in an Issue Manager workflow.
• Fixed issue where a Group was automatically selected the Issue Type details screen when the notification groups drop down was opened.
• Fixed bug where some cloned Issues that were cancelled could not be reopened.
• Fixed bug where some Issues with dropdown and radio button metadata were causing the Issue Details report to fail.
• Fixed bulk Issue deletion to prevent the screen filters showing issues that cannot be deleted.

Supplier Manager

• Fixed an issue where rejected dates on Supplier reviews weren't always being set, meaning rejected Suppliers couldn't be re-approved.
