This article outlines the product changes, enhancements, and fixes that have been implemented in this release.
1. Features
Audit Manager
- Added an API to call list of Auditees, allowing for data extraction from Audits.
Inspection Manager
- Added ability for an Inspection to be created using an Inspection Type that contains a Location consisting of a number of sub-Locations.
- Location field in the related Inspection Details now includes a full Location address.
- Applied Tag suggestions to more screens.
- Improved clarity of Child Groups within Locations.
- Changed APIs to show full location path rather than the API end point of the hierarchy.
- Updated reports to show a full Location address where multiple sub-Locations have been linked.
- Changed the Parent Location Function to display all Locations, not just top level.
2. Fixes
Audit Manager
- Resolved issue with Err:2057/222:7:2700 appearing when the cursor is hovered over the Module Parameters Audit Trail History icon in Edge.
- Resolved issue with Err:50685 appearing instead of the Audit Trail or History Title.
- Resolved issue with notification emails for Audits set to Scheduled showing %% codes instead of the Audit ID.
Document Manager
- Resolved issue where it was not possible to search the Title in the Documents list screen when Hungarian characters were used.
Inspection Manager
- Resolved issue with invalid Date Filters causing session users to be kicked out.
- Resolved issue where Inspection Managers were not able to see the Audit Trail History button on the Action Details screen.
- Resolved visual issue where Inspections were highlighted as White instead of Amber when they are ready to be carried out.
- Resolved issue where an extra click was required to use sorting columns.
- Resolved issue with new users being kicked out from the All Inspections screen after log in.
- Resolved issue with cloned Sections when creating an Inspection from an existing Inspection Type.
- Resolved issue with the Location field displaying incorrectly when creating a new Scheduled Inspection.
- Resolved issue with logic for disabling Start Date in Inspection Details. Start Date is no longer greyed out when an ongoing Inspection is saved.
- Resolved issue with missing entries in the My Inspections screen.
- Resolved issue with Inspection Managers having the ability to delete Sections/Questions.
Issue Manager
- Resolved issue with language changing to Czech when a Company is opened from the an Issue Details screen.
Supplier Manager
- Resolved issue with Supplier/Product Reviews being duplicated on reapproval.
System Manager
- Resolved issue with Active Directory log in not working after upgrade to 6.7.102.
