General

• Improved account security by changing password reset messaging to a generic message.

Inspection Manager

• Scheduled Inspection Locations now show the full path.
• Created new Report APIs:
  • API - Inspection Report - 1203 - Inspections Report
  • API - Inspections Report - 1201 - Overdue Actions Report
• Inspection Manager Summary of Report 1202 now available as report 1203.
• A new Tags column has now been added to the Report 1202 for Inspection Manager
• Inspection Manager Report 1202 - An N/A column and supporting filter mechanism has now been added to Report 1202
• Added Assigned to field to the All Inspections screen search grid.
• Changed Location Groups and Inspection Types Permission Groups lists to show Group Name and Group ID.
• Adjusted timings so that Admins and Managers can set an Inspection up to 7 days before the Start Date.
• Allowed Inspection Managers to access the Actions screen.
• Changed Inspection Managers permissions to no longer allow them to adjust the Start and Due Dates of an Audit. They now have read-only access to the data.
• Added Request for Reason for the changes when Inspection Administrators make changes to the Start and Due Dates.
• The action details screen now has an audit trail icon. The audit trail displays the information relating to the creation of the action and any subsequent changes or amendments.
• Renamed the Audit Trail window Title from History to Audit Trail History.
• Changed Inspection Types Tag behaviour so that they are now visible as soon as they are added to or removed from the system.

Training Manager

• Changed search option labels on the Training Records list to improve clarity of the functions.

2. Fixes

Dashboard

• Resolved issue where Widget 10 was not displaying the correct information for multi-site users. Multi-site systems no longer display the same drill down reports in the same widget when the user has logged into a different site.

Audit Manager

• Resolved issue where Documents filename characters were preventing download. Filenames that contain an & or # no longer error when they are opened from a Findings Action.

BI Reporting

• Resolved issue with scheduled Reports failing. Reports containing multiline metadata now adhere to the limits applied in the system.

Document Manager

• Resolved issue with Content Last Viewed Date and Read Count updating when Document is restricted. Audit Trail no longer erroneously reports this data when Document with permissions is viewed.

Inspection Manager

• Resolved issue with duplicate Inspection Questions.
• Resolved issue with Locations not showing on the New Scheduled Inspections screen.
• Resolved issue with missing tags for Report 1202.
• Resolved issue with scripting warning no longer displayed for Report 1202.
• Resolved issue with users being logged out of the system when accessing My Inspections.
• Resolved issue where Inspection Manager Inspection IDs would Disappear from tabs after saving.
• Resolved issue with display issues if the Title contained an ampersand (&).
• Resolved issue where Closed Inspections were not showing an Audit button.
• Resolved issue with error 401 appearing when a Location was modified by an Inspection Admin.
• Resolved issue with the Integer field allowing rogue values. Only numeric values can now be entered.
• Resolved issue with the Description missing from the Audit Trail. Newly newly created Ad hoc Inspections now display their Description field, as do any subsequent changes to the field.
• Resolved issue where Questionnaire Answers were duplicated when Global Question was added twice.
• Resolved issue with Inspection Details Assigned To field logic inconsistency. They are now only assigned when the user who created the Inspection selects a specific user from the dropdown list.
• Resolved issue with text fields not enforcing max string length.
• Resolved issue where inactive members of a group associated with an Inspection Type and Location receive notification emails when a Scheduled Inspection is created.

Issue Manager

• Resolved issue with Post Referral Workflow Action Repeat process not displaying the list of previously completed Actions.
• Resolved issue with server error message appearing when the Action Abandon process was progressed via the My Actions menu.
• Resolved issue with error message appearing when an incorrect Target Date was selected.

Supplier Manager

• Resolved issue with Automatic Supplier Withdrawals occurring before the Withdraw Date.

System Manager

• Resolved issue with Azure log in not working after upgrading to 6.7.101.

Training Manager

• Resolved issue with the Training Provider search option not working as expected.
• Resolved issue where Training users could Confirm a Training record before the planned Training date.
