iEQMS

• Issue Manager web services have been updated to return the details relating to conditional metadata.

Audit Manager

• Web services now allow the extraction of Actions associated to the 1202 report.
• Schedules area search icons have been relocated to the bottom right of the search area in line with other modules.
• Recurring Audit pop-up dialog now includes a checkbox, which adds any associated Equipment  items to the recurrent Audits. The facility works for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly recurring  Audits.

Equipment Manager

• Manufacturers search icons have been relocated to the bottom right of the search area in line with other modules.

Inspection Manager

• References to Teams have been removed. ID numbers have been replaced with the Group codes.
• Replaced the term "Teams" with the term "Groups" across the module.
• Introduced a Tags filter in the Location search section.
• Added extra filters to the All Inspections and My Inspections screens.
• Added a toast message when a new Scheduled Inspection is created. Where a half-completed Inspection is closed, a warning message will appear.
• More comprehensive warning now appears when selecting a global Question for editing.
• Appropriate warning messages are now displayed when an Inspection type is created or edited.
• Use Question Weightings box is now checked by default when a new Inspection is created.
• Completed Date column is now present in the All Inspections and my Inspections screens.
• My Inspections and Locations page performance has been improved.

2. Fixes

Dashboard

• Resolved issue with newly created group widgets not displaying in the dropdown.

Audit Manager

• When logged on as an Audit Viewer, users can no longer uncheck the All Day Event checkbox, meaning they cannot access the dates/times selection options.
• Resolved issue where duplicate items appeared by changing how the system handles illegal characters. They are still replaced with underscores but now a numeric value is appended to the folder name to prevent duplication.
• Resolved issue with Report 401 not displaying data beyond the first page when downloaded as a PDF.

Equipment Manager

• Resolved issue with the search area on the Standards screen.

Inspection Manager

• Resolved issue with error appearing next to the field if an Inspection question requiring decimal input contained an answer with more than two decimal places.
• Resolved issues with results not reflecting applied colour coding filters on the All Inspections screen. Now, the dot filters now function as intended.
• Resolved issue with Percentage Complete column displaying incorrect values. Percentages
  now calculate correctly based on the predefined values.
• Resolved issue with the Green Man icon not appearing correctly on the corresponding Details screen.
• Resolved issue with the Action Details not containing links to associated Documents or links to evidence attached to an association Action Question.
• Resolved issue with the 500 error appearing when clicking links to Documents associated as evidence to an Inspection Question from the Action Details screen.
• Resolved issue with search filters not being remembered between sessions.
• Resolved issue with the search grid not refreshing each time a new search was performed.
• Resolved issue with sorting in the Assigned To dropdown on the Inspection Details screen. Selections are now sorted alphabetically, by Surname.
• Resolved issue with the calendar entry screen not including a Start Date column.
• Resolved issue where the Add button remained active after the initial Question has been added. This button now becomes inactive to avoid accidental duplication.
• Resolved search performance issues.
• Resolved issue where users were not able to associate groups with an entire branch of the Locations hierarchy.
• Resolved issue where Inspections showed as 100% complete when mandatory Questions haven't been answered.
• Resolved issue with Ad hoc Inspections not showing on the My Inspections screen.
• Resolved issues with Answers to integer/decimal dropdown Questions not retaining their values when saved.
• Resolved issue where two records would be created after raising an Inspection Action.
• Resolved issue with an error appearing when creating Metadata Types with Multiple Lookup Values.

Issue Manager

• Resolved issue where associated Workflow for an Issue was showing as not started.  Now, if a number is added to a decimal field which exceeds more than two decimal places, the field is rounded and saved instead of displaying an error.
• Resolved issue with History not picking up change data relating to Advanced settings.

System Manager

• Resolved issue where duplicate reviews were created when a Supplier/Product review was closed.
• Resolved issue with Report 101 not displaying data beyond the first page when downloaded as a PDF.
• Resolved issues with the Allow Actionee Issue Update setting by removing it from all sites.
