When downloading documents or attachment using Edge, you may receive the following error.

This is caused by incorrect security settings for your browser.

2. Solution

To resolve the issue:

1. Open Edge.
2. Click the Three-dot menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Go to Cookies and site permissions.
   Alternatively, you can type edge://settings/content in the address bar.
5. Scroll down and select Insecure content.
6. Click Add.
7. Enter the domain of the site you were visiting.
   For example: https://ideagen.myeqms.com/.
8. Confirm with Add.
9. Restart Edge.

You should now be able to download attachments without seeing the error.
