When attempting to close an Audit, the User encounters the following error.

This is likely because a Finding or Action doesn't have a logged Result and a set Date Cleared.

2. Solution

To resolve the issue, ensure that every Finding and Action within the Audit has had a Date Cleared entered, and a Result input by the Actionee.
