Accessing and Completing Actions on the To Do List
Who is this article for?Users who want to learn how to use the To Do List.
Ownership of an item is required to be able to view and complete it.
If you have any items in your To Do list, you will be directed straight to the correct page when accessing the system.

1. Accessing the To Do List
To access the List manually, click the To Do option in the header bar.
Each item will display one of the below icons next to its row.

| Standard Actions and notification across modules. | |
| Relates to feedback left and feedback received. | |
| Simple reminder Actions. | |
| Review notifications. | |
| If this icon appears in combination with one of the other icons, this means that the Action is flagged as high priority. |
2. Accessing the My Actions List
If you have access to Issue Manager, you can view your Actions within the module.
To access My Actions:
- Navigate to Issues Manager.
- Select My Actions.
You can use the available filters to search for specific Actions. If the row background for any Action is red, that means the Date Due has passed.
3. Completing Standard Actions
To complete an Action:
- Select an Action title from the list to reveal the Action details screen.
Below is an example from an Inspection Action but the screen shares similarities with Actions from other modules.
- Familiarise yourself with the directions given.
- Enter what you did in the Results field.
- Click Save.
You will be asked to confirm that the Action has been completed. - Confirm that the Action is now complete.
The completion date will be filled with today's date. If you have permission to manually set the completion date, do so before completing the Action.

4. Completing Other Actions
Some items that appear in your To Do list will vary from the standard Action template due to the requirements of the specific Action or module.
In most cases you will be directed to a specific record details screen, such as Document or Supplier, to complete the required Action directly from there. These generally relate to review Actions such as Document Review Reminders and Supplier or Product Reviews.
