Clearing Temporary Data

System Administrator (SYSADM) or higher permissions are required.
Module Housekeeping is a utility that clears down the number of temporary records in the database and can enhance performance. This article will show you how to use it.
1. Using Module Housekeeping
To clear temporary data:
- Navigate to System Manager.
- Select Tools.
- Click Module Housekeeping.
You will be presented with the Housekeeping screen.
This screen displays the number of temporary records in the system (Records Now), and the number of records that will remain after completing system housekeeping (After Housekeeping).
Click the Save icon to clear the records.
