Users who manage Source records.

Issue Administrator (ISSADM) permissions are required.

Sources, also known as Severities, are a form of Issue assessment and organisation, although can be rephrased for different purposes. You only need to select one to associate with an Issue.

1. Accessing Sources

To access Sources:

1. Go to Issue Manager.
2. Choose Issue Admin from the menu on the left.
3. Switch to the "Sources" tab.

2. Creating Sources

To create a new Source:

1. Click the New icon located to the right of the header bar.

2. Give your Source a Title.
3. Set a Sequence if required.
4. Tick Active to make the Source selectable in other areas of the module.
5. Click Save.

3. Amending Sources

To edit an existing Source:

1. Select anywhere in the record row of the target Source.

2. Make your changes.
3. Click Save.
