Configuring the Issue Manager System Settings
Who is this article for?Users who are responsible for managing the module.
Issue Administrator (ISSADM)permissions are required.
There are a range of key settings for the module that can enable additional features and set certain templates. This article shows you how to find and modify these as needed.
1. Changing Module Settings
To access these settings:
- Go to Issue Manager.
- Select Issue Admin.
- Choose System Settings from the menu on the left.
Selecting the Expand icon next to any of the options will reveal its description.
| Setting | Description |

| Allow Actionee to Issue Update |
Allows the Actionee of the currently issued Action to modify the Issue Record. |
| Allow Issue Title Change | Allows the Issue title to be changed, even after the workflow has been started. |
| Enable Manager Emails | Gives line managers the ability to receive emails when an Issue is assigned to someone on their team. This can be set via the Line Manager field in the user details screen in System Manager. |
| Enable Metadata Sections | Allows Metadata to be split into sections. |
| Recent Days | The template number of days a job is classed as "Recent" after the day it was created. |
| Show My Actions Screen | Displays the tab for the "My Actions" screen. |
| Urgent Days | The template number of days before a job’s follow-up date for it to be classed as "Urgent". |
| Use Issue Type Categories | Allows Issue Types to be split into user-defined categories. |
