Creating and Configuring Audit Manager Reports

Audit Administrator (AUDADM) permissions are required.
There are a number of reports you can access to display information about specific aspects of an Audit. This article walks you through how to access a basic report for your Audit and lists the other available reports.
1. Audit Report
Information about your Audit, such as its identification, associated findings, changes, actions, standards, documents, auditors, or departments can be viewed through a preset report.
To access an Audit report:
- Go to Audit Manager.
- Select Reports.
- Choose the 416 - Audit & Associated Details report.
- Find your Audit in the dropdown box.
- Click Preview.
The report can be exported into many different formats by selecting the output medium from the dropdown.

| Acrobat (PDF) file | Standard Adobe Reader screen for .pdf output, of similar appearance to the report layout. |
| CSV (comma delimited) | Spreadsheet style output with headings and column headings repeated for every detail line of the report. May need to see the source report layout to deduce what the detail columns are. |
| Excel 97-2003 | Spreadsheet output mimicking the "paper" layout. Column headings appear above their detail. Group and Heading references, and space rows may present subsequent data sorting problems, where the report is not designed primarily for spreadsheet output. |
| Rich Text Format | .rtf file of similar appearance to the report layout. |
| TIFF file | .tif file of similar appearance to the report layout. |
| Web Archive | .mhtml file of similar appearance to the report layout. |
2. Catalogue

| 422 | Action Analysis | Shows Audit Actions listed per Finding Type, organised via Action Status. Can be filtered to Finding Type and Action Status. |
| 423 | Audit Detail List | Shows Audits displayed page per. Displays Title, Owner, Type, Dates, Scope, Comments and the Audit Team. Can be filtered by specific Audit, Type and Owner. |
| 424 | All Open Corrective Actions | Shows all Open Corrective Actions organised by Organisational Areas. Displays Audit Ref, Finding Title, Details, Dates and Actionee. |
| 425 | Non-Conformances | Shows Findings, followed by their Actions and Results. Can be filtered by Group, Organisation Area, Audit and Finding Type. |
| 426 | Action Status Report | Shows Finding related actions and their details. Displays, Audit Reference, Finding Type, Title, Details, Results, Dates, Days Overdue and Actionee. The results can be filtered by Period, Organisation Area, Actionee, Action Type, Action Status, Finding Owner and Finding Status. |
| 428 | Audit Scores | Shows Scores recorded across all audits broken down by compliance levels and specific question results. Can be filtered by Audit Owner, Audit Type, Organisation Area. |
| 429 | List of Scheduled Audits | Shows Summary of Audits. Displays Reference, Title, Owner, Type, Status, Scheduled and Started Dates and the number of Non-Conformances (Raised, Outstanding and Completed). Results can be filtered by Audit Type, Owner, Organisation Area and Standard. |

| 470 | Tracking Actions | Shows a chart that displays Audit Actions from the past year. Shows Actions/Tasks completed against a target of 90%. Actions are broken down into Due, Completed, Overdue in Month. There is also cumulative data and a figure given to the 90% target based on the other data. |
| 471 | Audit Performance by Standard and Region | Shows a cross tabulation of Region/Site data by Standard Type. |

| 495 | Collated Audit Score and Report | Shows the question results and comments of closed audits within a selected period, plus any other applied filters. The report also shows the overall compliance levels of the answered questions. It is further filtered to include date only from the Audits for which the session user has the viewing rights. |
| 497 | Audits, Findings and Actions Report | Displays a customisable grid report showing Audits and any associated Findings and Actions. |
