Releasing Questionnaires for Scheduled Audits
Who is this article for?Users who are responsible for sending audits to the Audit Team.
Audit User (AUDITOR) or higher permissions are required.
When an Audit status has been progressed to Scheduled the Audit Team are notified by email 24 hours prior to the audit Start Date. Audit Owners can now send the Questionnaire to the Audit Team.
1. Releasing Questionnaires
To release the Questionnaire to the Audit Team, click the Release to Audit Team icon on the right of the Audit row. They will be notified by email.
The screen will update and the icon will be replaced with Hold from Audit Team, which Audit Owners can use to withdraw the Questionnaire.
Once released, no further changes to the Questionnaire are permitted.
Releasing the Questionnaire allows clients using the Mobile Audit application to download the Questionnaire onto a Mobile device.
2. Checking Out Sections
If an Auditor has checked out a Section, Audit Owners can check the Section back in by clicking the Cancel Checkout icon to the right of the Section heading prior to withdrawing the Questionnaire.
When the Questionnaire has been released, Audit Team members have the ability to check out their Sections of the Questionnaire by clicking the Checkout Section icon to the right of the section heading.
An Auditor can claim any unassigned sections of the Questionnaire by clicking the Assign this Section to me icon located to the right of the section heading.
To display only Sections you are responsible for, tick the Show my questions only box located to the left of the Section heading.
To check out all your Sections in the Questionnaire, click the Check out all my sections icon to the right of the Questionnaire section heading.
Once an Auditor checks out their sections they cannot regress.
However, the Audit Owner can check the sections back in by selecting the Cancel Checkout icon located to the right of the sections heading and confirming the action
