Managing Audit Viewing Restrictions

Audit User (AUDOTPR) or higherpermissions are required.
This article shows you how to restrict the visibility of an Audit to ensure only the authorised users have access to the information.
1. Managing Audit Viewers
To add Users and/or Groups:
- Open the relevant Audit.
- Switch to the "Auditors and Viewers" tab in the lower part of the screen form.
- Click either the Add User or Add Group icon.
Hovering the mouse pointer will reveal a tooltip for each icon.
An overlaid window will be displayed.
- Make your selection.
- Click the Save icon at the top right of the Audit screen.
The Audit Viewers can now be seen by clicking the Reveal icon.
