Creating and Managing Audit Manager Metadata Types
Who is this article for?Userswho are responsible for Metadata Type management.
Audit Administrator (AUDADM)permissions are required.
Within Audit Manager, there are two varieties of Metadata: General and Question.
General Metadata enable the addition of any required user defined field in an Audit record (e.g.: a Red/Amber/Green urgency rating). Question Metadata enable the customisation of the answers to be collected.
Once defined, Metadata can then be selected for use repeatedly for collecting answers to specific Audit Questions. In Questions, the customisation this enables allows for a rating to be placed on the answer which can force the raising of an associated Finding.
