Viewing and Filtering Audit Records

Audit User (AUDOTPR) or higherpermissions are required.
Audits list is where you can raise new Audits and view all existing Audits in the system you have permission to view in a filterable list. This article will lead you through the process of how to access the list and use it to find the information you need.
1. Audits List
To access this section:
- Navigate to Audit Manager.
- Select Audits.
- Choose Audits.
This will present the Audits List screen using your last selected filters.
Select the required filters and click the Search icon to produce a list of Audit Records that match your criteria.
To clear filters, click the Clear Filters icon to produce an entire list of Audit Records.
Audit Records with a status of Planned that have not been progressed further can be deleted by selecting the Delete icon to the right of the record row.
Selecting an Audit from the list will reveal the Audit Details screen.
2. Audit Schedule
Audit Schedule is a calendar or timeline view of all Audits in the system you have permission to view.
To access this view:
- Navigate to Audit Manager.
- Select Audits.
- Choose Audit Schedule.
This will reveal either a Calendar (Monthly) or Timeline View of your current Audits.

In the header bar for the Calendar or Timeline you will see options to navigate between months in the top left corner and options to swap between the Calendar and Timeline view in the top right corner.
Select the required filters and click the Search icon to produce a list of Audit Records that match your criteria.
To clear filters, click the Clear Filters icon to produce an entire list of Audit Records.
Selecting an Audit from the list will reveal the Audit Details screen.
3. Findings and Actions
Findings and Actions give you access to any raised Findings across all Audits you have permissions to view.
To access this list:
- Navigate to Audit Manager.
- Select Audits.
- Choose Findings And Actions.
The list is split into Cleared and Open Findings.
It can be expanded by clicking the Expand icon to the right of items listed, revealing any sub-items below.
Select the required filters and click the Search icon to produce a list of Checklists that match your criteria.
To clear filters, click the Clear Filters icon to produce an entire list of Checklists.
Select a Finding from the list (or an Action under a Finding) to reveal the relevant Details screen.
4. My Audit Items
My Audit Items is a section that gives you direct access to Audits and other related data that you are directly involved in.
To access the view:
- Navigate to Audit Manager.
- Select Audits.
- Choose My Audit Items.
The menu will expand to reveal additional options listed below.
My Audits
My Audits is similar to the regular Audits list but will only display Audits where you the designated Owner.
My Checklist
My Checklists reveal a list of Audit Checklists where you are the designated Owner.
My Scheduled Audits
My Scheduled Audits displays a schedule of Audits where you are currently a member of the Audit Team.
You can immediately start an Audit by clicking the Start Audit icon in the row of the required Audit.
My Findings
My Findings provides a list of Findings that you currently own, split into Cleared and Open findings.
It can be expanded by clicking the Expand icon to the right of items listed, revealing any sub-items below.
Select the required filters and click the Search icon to produce a list of Findings that match your criteria.
To clear filters, click the Clear Filters icon to produce an entire list of Findings.
Select a Finding from the list (or an Action under a Finding) to reveal the relevant Details screen.
