Exporting Audit Records
Who is this article for?Users who want to create an offline copy of Audit details.
Audit User (AUDITOR) or higherpermissions are required.
Audits can be exported to MS Word or Excel when they are in a Scheduled, Ongoing, Completed, or Closed status.
1. Exporting Records
To export the Audit:
- Click the Word or Excel icon to the right hand side of the Audit Details title bar.
- A copy of the Audit will be displayed in your selected format.
Any evidence attached to the questions should also be displayed:
- Save a copy locally if you wish to complete the Audit on a PC where you have no network access.
You can complete the Questionnaire with the gathered answers when you return to the office.
Locally saved Excel exports of an Audit will display the active content in the answers, such as drop down selections.
Alternatively, you can use the iEQMS Auditor Application to carry out your Audits when away from your PC or an internet connection.
Once the Audit has been Closed, the Audit export to either Word or Excel becomes a comprehensive report on all parts of the Audit.
