Users who manage training courses.

Training Course Owner(TRGOWNER) permissions are required.

Cloning a course allows you to duplicate an existing course, complete with any associated items and details, amend the details as required and save as a new course.

For example, if you have a training course based on a certain written procedure and the procedure is updated to version 2, you can clone the exiting course, update the title and linked document, and save as a new course.

To clone an existing Course:

1. Navigate to Training Manager.
2. Select Courses.

3. Click the Clone icon in the far right of the row for the course you wish to duplicate.
4. Confirm that you wish to clone the course by clicking OK.
   You will be greeted with a duplicate of your chosen course.
   ID will be unique and the Title will contain an additional suffix to differentiate it from the original course.

5. Amend details as required.
6. Click Save.
