Inspection User (INSUSR)permissions are required.
Some events within the module will send an email to a specific user to make them aware that the action has been performed or needs attention. This article lists all notification triggers for Inspection Manager.
1. Emails and Notifications
| Trigger | Description |
|---|---|
| Action created | Notify Action Owner that an action was created against an Inspection or Question. |
| Inspection scheduled | Notify Inspection Team that an inspection has been scheduled. As this is likely to generate a lot of emails, this notification is sent as a summary per user, informing each user of the inspections that have been created that they are allowed to see. |
| Inspection rescheduled | Notify Inspection Team that an inspection date has changed. |
| Inspections coming up | Notify the Inspector and Inspection Team of any inspections that are taking place within 24 hours. As this is likely to generate a lot of emails, this notification is sent as a summary per user, informing each user of the inspections that have been created that they are allowed to see. |
