Configuring the Training Manager Module Settings
Who is this article for?Users who are responsible for managing the module.
Training Administrators (TRGADM)permissions are required.
There are a range of key settings for the module that can enable additional features and set certain templates. This article shows you how to access them and make changes.
1. Changing Module Settings
To access these settings:
- Go to Training Manager.
- Select System Admin.
- Choose System Settings from the menu on the left.
From here, you can modify any one of several settings by ticking (enabling) or unticking (disabling) their boxes.
Selecting the Expand icon next to any of the options will reveal its description.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| All Trainee's to create their own records |
Allows Trainee's to create their own training records. |
| Enforce Training Rating | Forces the user to select a training rating when saving a training record. |
| Password Required | Requires Users to type in a password to confirm a training record, cancel a training record, and change a Training Record's training date. |
| Trainees Can Cancel Training | Allows Trainees to cancel their own training records. Training Administrators can always cancel training records regardless of this setting. |
