Configuring the Training Manager Phrases Table

Training Administrator (TRGADM) permissions are required.
Phrases can be amended to meet your bespoke taxonomy. They are designed to increase flexibility by adapting to terminology as you see fit for purpose.
Updating the phrases from the standard phrase table may mean that materials such as this administration guide will no longer match the taxonomy of your system.
1. Amending Phrases
To amend the phrase table:
- Navigate to Training Manager.
- Select System Admin.
- Switch to the "Phrases" tab.
- Locate the phrase to be changed in the list.
- Select anywhere in the relevant record row.
The current phrase will be displayed in the New Phrase Text field.
- Enter the revised phrase in the New Phrase Text field.
- Click Save.
To use the original phrase, click the Revert to Original icon to the right of the screen header bar.
