Accessing and Viewing Training Records
Who is this article for?Users who need to review training records.
Training User (TRGUSR) permissions are required.
Finding information about ongoing and completed courses is easy with the help of the Training Records List screen.
1. Accessing Training Records
To access Training Records, navigate to Training Manager.
You will see the Training Records List screen using your last selected filters.
You can perform several Record actions from this screen.
- Clear Filters - Produces an entire list of Training Records.
- Delete - Deletes selected Record (it has to be in "New" status).
- More/Less - Shows/hides filters.
- Report - Prints a report based on the list currently on the screen.
- Search - Produces a list of Records matching your set criteria.
To view the details of a Training Record, select anywhere in the record row.
To enable easy navigation, the module will retain up to five previously selected records in the vertical tab. These records can be viewed by selecting the tab or closed by selecting the Delete icon to the left of the open tab.
Training Users (Trainees) will only be able to view their own Training Records.
2. Viewing Guidance Documents
You may find that some of your training records have associated guidance. If so, there will be a link at the bottom of the Training Record.
Either select the link or select the "Document" tab above the header to view the associated document list.
To access the document, click the Document icon in the relevant row.
