Certain events will trigger an email notification to inform the user that an action needs to be performed or has been performed. This article lists all notification triggers for Equipment Manager.
1. Emails and Notifications
| Trigger | Description |
|---|---|
| Item insert | If the owner is not the current user inform the owner, they have a new record. |
| Item update | Owner change - inform old and new owner. |
| Item calibration update | Notify inspector of assignment. |
| Item service update | Notify inspector of assignment. |
| Item Journal | If current user is not the owner of the journal entry, send the owner a message. |
| Nightly | Calibration approaching (Owner) - 1 day before item calibration/service check due date. |
| Nightly | Service check approaching (Owner) - 1 day before item calibration/service check due date. |
| Nightly | Calibration overdue (Inspector) - 1 day over. |
| Nightly | Service check overdue (Inspector) - 1 day over. |
